The SHRM Savannah Workforce Readiness Committee supports the SHRM Foundation initiatives for untapped talent pools to include veterans, military spouses and caregivers, older workers, disabled workers, those with criminal records and opportunity youth.
Today’s talent landscape clearly suggests that this is an employee market. In the Age of the “Great Resignation”, "gaslighting" and "ghosting employers", organizations must be both creative and strategic in the talent acquisition process. There is no time like now for employers to cause the effect to attract, retain, upskill, and reskill employees.
