The goal of the SHRM Savannah Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Core Leadership Area is to provide HR Professionals in the SHRM Savannah chapter with information that will help them ensure that their organizations:
- Develop a workforce that has the skills, competencies and behaviors in order to succeed in today's and tomorrow's workplace.
- Provide tools that maximize the potential of today and tomorrow's workforce by helping individuals to develop their skills to become more competitive in our local and global economy.
